One of the most notable additions is vibration feedback, which provides an immersive gaming experience when your mech takes damage. The adjustable camera also helps to improve visibility, making it easier to navigate through levels filled with mutated foes. However, the lack of rotation options for the camera can make it less useful than desired.

The visuals in REMEDIUM: Sentinels have also been improved, allowing players to pick out their surroundings more easily. The health bar above your character may still be difficult to see during intense battles, but the overall clarity of the game's graphics is a welcome improvement.
